Our launch site spans 5,000 m² of hybrid indoor and greenhouse cultivation, designed to meet EU-GMP standards while taking advantage of the island’s clean air, volcanic soils, and abundant sunlight. This facility will support:

The site includes dedicated mother rooms, R&D space, and processing capacity. With over 50,000 m² available for phased expansion, Socra Farms is positioned for rapid growth as market demand scales.

🌍 Strategic Land Assets

Beyond the Canary Islands, we are developing additional cultivation and research sites to serve global markets:

Jaén, Spain – Rich agricultural land suited for open-field and greenhouse cultivation, ideal for scalable CBD and biomass production.

South Africa – Prime land secured for licensed cultivation and manufacturing, aligned with our long-term vision for southern hemisphere supply and sustainable growing.

We believe the future of plant medicine lies in personalized cannabinoid therapy. That’s why Socra Farms works in partnership with leading academic and clinical researchers to unlock the full healing potential of cannabis.

King’s College London – Collaborating on the development of a diagnostic test for cannabinoid deficiency and exploring therapeutic applications based on individual patient profiles.

Mudho & Genetic Health Labs – Working on genetic markers for epilepsy and tailored cannabinoid treatments based on DNA-linked predispositions.
